Warragul Mitsubishi ARB Accessory Giveaway – Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter: The promoter is Turnbull Motors trading as Warragul Mitsubishi, Warragul VIC.
2. Promotion Period: The promotion runs from 2 February 2026 to 31 March 2026, inclusive.
3. Eligibility Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees of Turnbull Motors, ARB Warragul, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
4. How to Enter: To enter, customers must purchase a new Mitsubishi vehicle from Warragul Mitsubishi during the promotion period with genuine Mitsubishi accessory purchased and fitted at the time of sale. Each eligible vehicle purchase receives one (1) entry into the draw.
5. Prize Details: One (1) prize will be awarded, consisting of:
- Two (2) ARB Camp Chairs
- One (1) ARB Fire Pit
- One (1) ARB Fridge
Total prize value: $1,632 AUD. The prize is not transferable, refundable, or redeemable for cash.
6. Draw Details: The draw will take place at Warragul Mitsubishi on 1st April. The winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries.
7. Winner Notification: The winner will be notified by phone and/or email within 2 business days of the draw and announced via Facebook. If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, the promoter reserves the right to redraw.
8. Prize Collection: The prize must be collected from Warragul Mitsubishi unless otherwise arranged. Proof of identification may be required.
9. Promotional Use: By entering, the winner agrees to their name and/or image being used for promotional purposes by the promoter without additional compensation.
10. The promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion if circumstances arise beyond its control. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Meta, Facebook, or Instagram.
